Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between Serviots, Inc. ("Serviots", "we", "us"), 905, Dwarkesh Business Hub, Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380005, India, and the organisation that creates a WAP account (the "Customer"). The person signing up confirms they are authorised to accept these terms for the Customer.
2. The service
WAP provides attendance, activity tracking, productivity reporting, project time, leave management and related features through a web application and a desktop agent installed on the Customer's computers.
3. Trial
New Customers get a free trial of 14 days for up to 10 people. When the trial ends, team members lose access until a paid plan is active; admins keep access to their account and data.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Use WAP lawfully. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 the Customer is the Data Fiduciary for its employees' data and is responsible for telling employees about the monitoring, having a lawful basis for it, and handling their requests.
- Install the agent only on computers the Customer owns or is authorised to monitor, for people who are informed.
- Keep account credentials secure and manage who has access through roles.
- Not misuse the service, attempt to access other Customers' data, or interfere with its operation.
5. Fees
After the trial, fees are per user per month as agreed in writing with the Customer. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST. If fees go unpaid we may suspend the account after notice.
6. Data
The Customer owns its data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On request when the account closes, we provide an export of the Customer's data, then delete it within 30 days.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep WAP available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is kept short and, where possible, outside Indian working hours.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees the Customer paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Ending the agreement
Either side can end the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or end it immediately for a serious breach, such as unlawful use.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
